These Terms govern your use of taylorconsultantgroup.com and communications from Taylor Consultant Group LLC (“Taylor Consultant Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Business and LegalShield relationship

Taylor Consultant Group LLC is independently owned and operated. Kendall Taylor is an independent LegalShield associate and is not an employee of LegalShield. LegalShield products, benefits, exclusions, limitations, pricing, availability, enrollment, and associate compensation are controlled by the applicable official LegalShield materials and agreements.

This website provides general information and a way to request follow-up. It does not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, guarantee plan eligibility or results, complete an enrollment, or guarantee income.

3. Information requests and appointments

You agree to provide accurate, current information and not submit information for another person without authority. Submitting a form requests information only. Membership enrollment must be completed through the official membership website, and opportunity enrollment must be completed through the official associate website.

4. Taylor Consultant Group SMS program

If you provide SMS consent, messages may include:

• Non-marketing messages: responses to your LegalShield information request, appointment confirmations and reminders, enrollment-status information, account-related updates, help responses, and opt-in or opt-out confirmations.

Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, membership enrollment, or associate enrollment. Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s terms apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your SMS consent covers the informational and marketing text messages described above. Consent applies to the telephone number you provide. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and will notify us if the number changes.

6. Opt-out and help
